Here at NCRC I'm a member of the user-driven innovations group.  My research theme is the dialogue between developers and users of digital communities. In my Habbo Hotel case study I study

• where the hotel developers get their knowledge about the users
• how this knowledge shapes the hotel features
• how the users domesticate these features
  

By researching these kinds of new forms of cooperation between developers and users, my aim is to improve user-centred and participatory design methods.
